1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Stunna Mobility website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Stunna Mobility provides premium private transportation services in Buea, Cameroon, and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Within-town pickups and drop-offs
  • Hourly private car service
  • Airport transfers between Buea and Douala International Airport
  • Executive chauffeur services
  • Corporate and recurring bookings

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are requests and are subject to availability.
  • Bookings are manually confirmed by our team, typically within 5–10 minutes during working hours (Tuesday–Sunday, 07:30 AM–08:30 PM).
  • We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
  • No rides are available on Mondays (operational maintenance day), but the booking desk remains open for future scheduling.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • Prices displayed on the website are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed after your booking request is reviewed.
  • Within-town trips start from 3,000 FCFA.
  • Hourly service starts from 5,000 FCFA.
  • Airport transfers start from 35,000 FCFA.

Payment Methods

  • Airport Transfers: Payment after confirmation via cash or mobile money.
  • Long Bookings: 50% advance after confirmation, balance at destination.
  • Short Town Trips: Payment at destination via cash or mobile money.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Late cancellations may affect your ability to book future rides.
  • No-shows may affect future booking privileges.
  • We encourage you to notify us as early as possible if your plans change.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information including correct pickup location and contact number.
  • Be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
  • Not engage in any illegal activity during the ride.
  • Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle capacity (4 passengers maximum).

7. Our Responsibilities

Stunna Mobility commits to:

  • Providing a clean, air-conditioned vehicle.
  • Employing a professional, courteous driver.
  • Arriving punctually at the agreed pickup time.
  • Handling your personal belongings with care.
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stunna Mobility shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to road conditions, traffic, weather events, checkpoints, or mechanical issues. We will make every reasonable effort to inform you of any delays or changes.

9. Vehicle Capacity

Our vehicle accommodates a maximum of 4 passengers. Bookings exceeding this capacity will not be accepted.

10. Operating Hours

  • Tuesday – Sunday: 07:30 AM – 08:30 PM
  • Monday: Booking desk open
  • Trips that begin within working hours may extend beyond the 08:30 PM closing time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Stunna Mobility website, including text, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Stunna Mobility and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
